Referrals Reminders

New FPC announcement...

Our new FastTrack Partner Community referrals experience is off to a great start. Thank you! A few reminders:

Partners must respond to the Referral within 2 business days. Click on the link in the Notification email to go to the Referrals tab in FCU and use the "Edit" button to Accept or Decline. If no response is received, the referral will be assigned to a new partner in order to ensure a good customer experience.

Language opt-in: The language opt-in is now live in the Referral Profile on the Community Portal. Partners must complete this field for all relevant languages or they will not receive any referrals.
