Issue impacting partner workload endorsements

Some partners may not see some or all workload endorsements showing in their Program Membership in the Community Portal. This is due to an upstream data issue. The team is working to address it quickly and expect resolution early next week. We will keep you posted here.

Seat size and Industry matching

These two fields are now available in the Referrals Profile in the Community Portal. These attributes are being incorporated into our referral matching process and are expected to be live by mid-November.
 

Accepting Referrals assigned prior to October 11, 2023

In order to clean up our data, we will conduct a one-time update to “auto-accept” of all referrals assigned in the FCU prior to October 11, 2023. Partners will have until November 14, 2023 to decline any referrals prior to this cleanup effort on November 15, 2023.

If partners decline any referral, it will be grayed out from their queue in the FCU. Partners may always go back to an accepted referral to decline it if the situation has changed (for example, customer is not responsive).
