One tool providing information to the FCU does not have updated claims data going back to October 8, 2023. Any tenant claimed for the first time after October 8, 2023, is affected. These tenants should have usage data, but partners are unable to access or input Status Notes, Service Status, or Contacts until the issue is rectified.
The FCU team is working to update this data as soon as possible. The estimated time of completion is early January.
