As announced previously, the RFA form has moved to a new location on setup.microsoft.com. The direct link to the form is available via: http://aka.ms/Microsoft365RFA. On January 10, 2024, the FastTrack portal will be retired and the RFA form will only be available at the new location.
Note: Partners will no longer be able to submit RFAs on behalf of customers as they do not have access to this site. Requests will need to be submitted by customers (Admin Center or Setup site) or Microsoft field representatives (Setup site).
As a reminder, some requests coming through the form will be routed to the partner team as Standard Referrals (fee-based assistance). This functionality launched in December. More details are available here: http://aka.ms/fpcreferrals.
