SMC Intune Go Back Campaign

FastTrack is working in collaboration with the SMC segment and inviting customers with Intune usage below 15% to Microsoft hosted customer webinars. This will allow customers to learn the business value of Intune and best practices to deploy and manage.

The goal of the campaign is to help customers realize the full value of their investment in M365 and Intune. This also benefits partners with new business opportunities by supporting customers to fully deploy while better positioning for seat expansion and upsell. Through collaboration with the SMC segment, FastTrack Partners will build rapport and trust with Microsoft sellers and be introduced to more customers.

Customer webinar dates:

  • September 19 and 26, 2023 - 11:00 AM HKT/10:00 AM PT [Asia]
  • September 20 and 27, 2023 - 11:00 AM CET [EMEA]
  • September 21 and 28, 2023 - 11:00 AM PT [Americas]

Update - Voucher Redemptions

For Awareness - Voucher Redemption Update for Modern Work Deployment Offer & M365 Customer Success Offer

We have updated Voucher Redemptions in the Partner Community Portal. There is now a specific item in the drop-down to select voucher redemptions; it will allow you to track the status of your voucher redemptions. Voucher redemption process documents are being updated.

Below are short step-by-step instructions:

  1. Go to Partner Community Portal
  2. Select Registrations, Redeem Voucher
  3. Select My Voucher Redemptions, then Click +Create
  4. Select Search icon on Program Membership. Choose the applicable program for the voucher. All vouchers are under FastTrack Ready Partner
  5. Fill out all boxes and select Next
  6. Based on the program you selected, the Portal will display the link to the SOW template for initial redemption, or POE template for final redemption.
  7. Download the template, fill it out, and sign with your customer.
  8. Upload the SOW (initial redemption) or POE (final redemption) and Submit.
  9. After creating the voucher redemption, track the status on the Voucher Redemptions page. The status will be Received until the Registration team approves it.

Microsoft Teams Phone Advanced Deployment Guide update

The Microsoft Teams Phone Advanced Deployment Guide has a new feature that speeds up phone number assignment.

This feature will display all phone numbers available in the organization and let customers select the users they want assigned to each phone number. The guide will only allow the selection of users who have a Microsoft Calling Plan license but don't have a phone number assigned. Note: This addresses a common customer pain point experienced when completing these actions in the Teams admin center.

To see this feature, visit the Advanced Deployment Guides & assistance page in the Microsoft 365 admin center and select Plan and implement your Microsoft Teams Phone deployment.
