Customer Referrals Updates
Hello partners – we wanted to share some resources with you as we prepare to fully incorporate customer referrals into our FastTrack Partner Community in Q2.

FastTrack Benefit: Eligibility remains at 150+ licenses
There have been many questions on this topic, so to help clarify:
Until September 30, 2023, the FastTrack Benefit and OSU Incentives are available for customers with 150+ licenses of qualifying M365 workloads.
As was presented in the June Partner Community call, starting October 1, 2023, the OSU Incentive program will change by removing the enhanced incentives for FastTrack Partners, and moving the requirements for earning incentives up to 300+ qualifying licenses for eligible M365 workloads using the Highwater Mark calculation method.
The FastTrack Benefit will not change on October 1, and will remain available to all customers with 150+ seats of qualifying M365 workloads as it has been for the past 8 years. FastTrack Ready Partners will continue to receive referrals for FastTrack eligible customers irrespective of the revised OSU incentive program terms.
FRP Incentive Delivery Notification - July Statements
FRP “July” statements for June achievements were processed, with delivery to partners on August 15, 2023.
Please download the FRP Incentive Statement Summary (https://aka.ms/FRPIncentiveStatements) for clarity by workloads as to what to expect in the statement.
If you notice a discrepancy between your records and statement, please submit a dispute via the Partner Support tool (https://aka.ms/PXPartnerSupport).

FastTrack Playbook for Teams Rooms update
The FastTrack Playbook for Teams Rooms has been updated to reflect that the majority of Requests for Assistance (RFAs) are being managed by partners. The Playbook now captures an alignment between FastTrack activities towards partner pre-sales and workload claims. Note: The scope of the FastTrack benefit for Teams Rooms remains unchanged.
Update! Change to FY24 MWDO Migration Voucher
Migration and Deployment Offer (MWDO): FY24 vouchers for all competitor products are now eligible for MWDO. The vouchers can only be redeemed by FRPs.

Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS) Migration Campaign Office Hours - Registration
Please join us for the new QTM ADFS Migration Campaign Office Hours on August 21, 2023. Partners will learn about encouraging customers to migrate their Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS) to Azure Active Directory Premium (AADP). This motion will refer customers to partners that have AADP endorsements.

Referrals Office Hours - Registration
Please join us for the Referrals Office Hours on August 23, 2023. As we transition to the FastTrack Partner Community, all partners will receive customer referrals. This is a great benefit of participating in the community. If your organization is new to referrals, we encourage you to start preparing now.
During the call, we will provide a brief presentation followed by an extended time for partner questions.
