As FRP we receive referrals from MSFT.
In order to be able to receive only these referrals that are relevant of best fit, we would like to be able to select or deselect criteria when to receive these referrals, like:
- customer segmentation
- customer size
- customer workloads (like endorsements)
Having these option would improve the customer experience as only the referrals that are best fit are handed over to the FRP.

We are in the process of planning updates to Referrals for the FY24 program year. We are considering the suggestions above. Moving to "Accepted" status and will update when we have commitment.

Hello! Just an update on your idea. The majority of what you requested above has been completed, but we are just waiting to complete the adjustment of opting out for endorsements that are automatically assigned. We will close out this idea, but know this last piece is in process and waiting on the team to complete.
