Migration Process Description
The onboarding phase towards the first actual production migration depends on the migration type. Refer to the onboarding timeline in the Migration workshops.
The FastTrack Ready Partner needs to review the FastTrack Benefit Page and Migration Hub Learning Center to ensure that the expectations are clearly communicated to the customer:
What is included in the FastTrack Migration Benefit and what is not.
To be able to offer additional support through possible value-added services in cases where tasks are outside the capability of the customer.
The Migration Support Team is available twenty-four (24) hours a day, every day, in all time zones for commercial tenant migrations.
