Important! SMEs are only available to partners who opt-in to the FastTrack Ready Partner Program.
Initial Access
1. When navigating to the SME Request Tool page for the first time, select the New Partner? Request Access button to request access to your account.
2. An email will be sent with the invitation code. In the example below, select the box next to, I have an existing account and select Register.
3. Redeem the code by selecting Redeem invitation.
Remediate Access
If the Request Access process has been completed, but the Request Access link is not available, select the Badge icon (or your name) at the top-right of the page and Sign Out.
- Open the same URL in an InPrivate browser session.
- Select the Request Access link to provision your account.
- Use an account that belongs to the same tenant and is used to access the FCU and FRP Dashboard, so it’s a known FRP account.
- Once approved and provisioned, the screenshot with the FastTrack Specialist Request button in the Submitting a SME Request section will be available.
