I want to thank the 60+ partners from across the globe who submitted nominations for our inaugural FastTrack Ready Partner of the Year award. It was inspiring to see the many customer success stories and compelling examples of how you all make use of FastTrack in your business and your customer interactions. Congratulations to the FY23 winner, Dell Technologies!
It can be surprising to look up after Q4 close and realize it is July and, at least in the northern hemisphere, that summer has arrived. Kids are out of school, families are taking their annual holidays, and everyone is looking for a minute to catch their breath after the scramble that is June at Microsoft. I hope that each of you will find some time to relax, recharge and reset as we step into FY24.
We, on the program team, have finished updating our strategies and planning for the new year and are busy preparing for the launch, in alignment with our friends in OSU, of the revised program on October 1, 2023.
We have shared information about the key changes to our program for the new fiscal year, with the biggest change being our value proposition. We are moving away from the transactional incentive model and will focus on joint value creation moving forward.
This will be accomplished through increasing the volume and quality of our partner referrals, simplifying and streamlining the FastTrack Benefit, and being intentional in setting expectations with customers and Microsoft field that our partners have fantastic paid service offerings that our customers will benefit greatly from.
Our FPM team remains focused on building and maintaining relationships with you, our partners. They are working with you to identify opportunities for growth and customer value recognition while helping ensure you are prepared for the new program year and the changes on the horizon.
We are not slowing down on our readiness and enablement activities. We have a full slate of workshops and training opportunities on tap for the quarter ahead. The support, payment, and digital experience teams remain focused on delivering a robust roadmap of platform, data, and tooling improvements to further integrate our programs into Partner Center while providing rich data, useful reporting, simplified statements, and a streamlined experience. In short, we are full speed ahead and excited for the year ahead.
The FastTrack Partner Community is vital to success of the M365 business, and I want to thank each of you for the partnership and dedication you have offered this past year. I look forward to partnership and success in FY24.

IDC names Microsoft leader in worldwide corporate endpoint security market share
We’re proud to share that Microsoft is ranked number one in market share in the IDC Worldwide Corporate Endpoint Security Market Shares report, 2022. More customers choose and trust Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to defend their multiplatform devices than any other vendor.
We believe that offering customers tailored endpoint security offerings and product experiences to meet their unique needs is critical in empowering defenders. That is why our portfolio spans from offerings for enterprise to small and medium businesses (SMBs). With the launch of Microsoft Defender for Business last year, we extended many of the enterprise capabilities to SMBs, in a solution that is affordable and easy to use. We are grateful to our customers and partners for choosing Microsoft as the most trusted endpoint security provider worldwide.
