FastTrack Deployment Support for Viva Pulse
Viva Pulse is a new Viva workload that has been added to the Insight experience area of Microsoft’s Employee Experience platform.
FastTrack will be providing limited deployment support for Viva Pulse in FY24 H1. Limited means: Requests for deployment support will be channeled through FastTrack Architects (FTAs) for P2000 customers and through a support request form (when available) for other customers.
Full support will be available in FY24 H2. No change to the FastTrack benefit will be published at this time.

Join us for the Microsoft 365 Customer Success Voucher Program Office Hours on August 9, 2023. During this call we will introduce the new program, which provides eligible customers with vouchers to increase adoption of Office 365. There will also be an opportunity for Q&A.

New SMB security innovations from Microsoft Inspire 2023
Small and medium businesses (SMBs) are seeing increasing cyberattacks, with 82 percent of ransomware attacks targeting small businesses. We’re excited to share new product innovations that enable customers to stay more secure and partners to deliver security services more easily to their customers:
- Mobile threat defense for standalone Microsoft Defender for Business customers, now in general availability, so standalone customers can onboard mobile devices without needing additional device management solutions.
- Streaming APIs – Defender for Business enables advanced hunting and attack detection. Available in preview in Defender for Business standalone and as part of Microsoft 365 Business Premium.
- Partners who do not want to build an in-house security operations center (SOC) can leverage integrations with leading managed detection and response (MDR) provider Blackpoint Cyber to resell security services.
- Microsoft 365 Lighthouse now supports the ability to monitor and report on configuration drift so you can quickly bring customers into compliance. Custom baseline security policies enable you to bring your own configurations into Lighthouse. Available in preview. https://inspire.microsoft.com/
