In this article: Steps to disassociate from customer


 

If a customer is assigned to a partner in the FCU and submits a Request for Assistance (RFA), the request will be routed to the assigned partner. If an FRP wishes to avoid receiving RFAs for an existing customer, it is recommended that partners disassociate from the customer in Partner Center.

The following steps should be used to remove the association

1. In Partner Center, select the Incentives tile.

2. In the left navigation, select Customer claims.

3. In the Filter by field, select Status = Approved, Engagement = Microsoft Online Service Usage (OSU) - Modern Work

4. Select the Claim ID

5. At the bottom of the Engagement Details page there will be an icon labeled Disassociate Customer.

6. Select the Disassociate Customer button.

Notes:

a. A dialog box will appear notifying you that you can disassociate.
b. Add your mandatory reason for disassociation and select the Disassociate customer button.
