Overview
Beginning October 1, 2023, all members of the FastTrack Partner Community (FPC) became eligible to receive customer referrals. Workload endorsements are a key component of how a customer is assigned to a partner.
Workload endorsements are automatically assigned to FPC member organizations based on either:
- Specializations earned in the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program which align to the workload.
- If there are no specializations aligned with a workload, objective criteria will be used to assign the workload endorsement. Note: See the chart below.
Checking Endorsement
1. Partners may check the endorsements assigned to their organization on the Community Portal. In the navigation on the portal, select My Memberships and Program Memberships. In the Program field, select the correct program. (As shown in the following image, FastTrack Ready Partner has been selected.)
2. All active endorsements will be shown in the section titled Endorsements at the bottom of the Program Memberships Details page.
Note: Endorsements are assigned at the MPN ID level and will be applied across program memberships.
